Dr Whooves Plushie

While this is technically my second Doctor plushie, he's my first in this style. I think he came out excellent, and I got to make more bows, which is wonderful... Because I love bows! For those of you who are still waiting on commissions from me, don't worry you're far from forgotten. I'm just taking some time to work on the shop since it's been forgotten for so long.
